Smart delivery not working

Hello, really hoping someone can help.  I am trying to play fc 26 on the Xbox x, I previously bought and played this game on the Xbox one with no issues. Smart delivery has not worked and the series x is not recognising I have the rights to this game. Although I do and have checked this which the order confirms. I am using the same account which I used to originally purchase the game.  I have managed to transfer the game from the Xbox app on my phone onto the Xbox account on the tv and now it is saying it is not installed and asking if I have the rights to the game. I have tried a hard reset and this has not worked. Are there any others suggestions please?
