"Checking account status" - No available offers

Hi all

Hoping someone can help!

I have recently upgraded to the Ultimate Game pass on my Xbox, since doing this I can't access any only games on FC25. Message " checking account status" and then proceeds to give me no option to upgrade my game pass - this is frustrating because i have the ultimate pass. 

 

Can anybody help me??

    I've moved some posts here to avoid duplicates.

    If you are running in to this issue with the error "Checking account status" and "No available offers" 'when accessing online game modes on Xbox, you can try the steps shared by NatanTavares​  I've translated those steps in English here:

    1. Go to the Services and subscriptions page of your Xbox account: https://account.microsoft.com/services
    2. Select Manage next to Subscription.
    3. Under recurring billing, if it is deactivated, activate it and then deactivate it. If it is activated, deactivate and activate it again, this step is fundamental as it will fix this bug.
    4. Turn your console off and on, then try again.

    Hi, if I dont want any credit cards to be put in the recurring billing info, can i change the recurring billing as on also? if yes, how?

    Same for me, since I got Gamepass Ultimate, I´m not able to play any online Game on my normal XBOX....Cloud ist working. Could you solve it? Cheers

    Just tried to jump on today to play some Rivals.

    i have Gamepass ultimate and a hard copy of ea fc25 which has worked fine since release date.

    Currently I click Rivals or Champs or Rush and it says checking account status, which then loads to no available offers as I already have Gamepass.

    I can’t play any online game mode. Can someone please help me fix this. I have tried reinstalling the game but no luck.

    When I go on to play seaons or co-op seaons it says "checking account status" then brings up 3 boxes that says "No Available Offers". It wont load and I can't continue or play. FC 25 on xbox series x

    I have fc25 ultimate edition for xbox one and we couldn't play rivals, champions and rush
