Coins unavailable in season pass.

Whenever I claim rewards from season pass I do get my rewards but I never receive my coins whether it's 5k or 20k or whatever the value is as a reward it's never in my inventory. I'm currently on Nintendo switch and this issue is been appearent for some time now
