bought premium pass with coins yet apparently i dont have it?

I was using the web app when i accessed the objectives and purchased the premium pass for 500k coins. Then it said there was an error and then objectives were unavailable, thats ok. However, whenever i look at my coin count is has gone down the 500k. I go on console to see if i have the premium pass, yet i dont. Telling me to upgrade it even though i already purchased it.
