Compromised Account - Ultimate Team

Logged in today and three of my tradable players are gone from my starting XI, worth over 200k, and best part of 200k coins are gone. 

Trying to contact EA Help is completely useless - must have tried to contact live chat, log a ticket etc. 5-6 times. 

I can see a "trusted" login yesterday but I didn't access my account or play on the game yesterday. 

Can anyone help me please?

    You'll need to get in touch with an advisor to get get some help with this. It sounds like you're having trouble with that though. What is happening when you try to open a case?

  • Thanks for coming back to me. 

    when I go through EA support, selecting my console and the game, selecting EA FC 25 I then get to more help, filling in the form and clicking next it just takes me straight back fo the game selection screen - every time, and must have done it 5-6 times now. 

    the only tradable players from my team are gone, worth over 200k and my coins are gone, nearly 200k before this happened. 

    there is no trace/record of selling those three players (van de ven TOTW, gvardiol TOTW and saka’s standard gold card). And no record of what the coins were spent on, no tradable players in my squad. 

  • I’ve finally been able to speak to an advisor and my case is being “investigated”. 

    it had better be resolved to my liking.
