connecting to ultimate team is not possible

it has been more than an hour of me trying to log into ultimate team. I keep getting the message "connecting to ultimate team is not possible". I tried multiple solutions like restarting my pc, and router. Nothing worked so far. Even the companion app is not working. I have try logging into the app via my phone and web. I need help
