Connection issues.

The match history should also be showing the connection details. Packet loss/ping. Can you get that?

You've got packet loss and you're on a wireless connection. Wireless will experience disconnects and lag. Can you switch to a wire and try to play several matches, then run the test again? If you can do that, make sure you get a screenshot of the Match History. That is on the left side of the Connection Quality Report screen.

I could connect to ultimate team but 4 hours later i can't connect on my xbox. 

"At the moment, ea servers are unavaiable, please try again later".. 

That is not something I can help with. You're going to have to wait to see if it clears up when traffic settles down.

It will definitely not be happening because of the traffic as it wasn’t working yesterday night and there was no reason for high traffic then

can you not go into your systems and look through it yourself and try find what it causing this problem?

At this time, due to the heavy traffic, the best I can advise is to try reloading Ultimate Team. Most likely, you'll just have to wait until traffic dies down some.
