my champs rewards haven't reached my account

hey, I've been a ea member for a couple of years on but i have come to see that my champ rewards aren't showing properly. I have been play a lot this week and have got my best results 13-2 and haven't got the rewards. can you try and deliver my rewards to my account pls.  ( my accounts name is Ginger Ninja956. )
