Constant loading (pinwheeling) on SBC's and menus and I have to reset.

As the title says, today the game has soft locked or frozen when in menus about 30 times, mostly SBC's as I'm grinding packs for those illusive 99's.  I've had to close the game and restart every time.  The below are times it's happened and on multiple occasions with each.

Completing an SBC

Accessing my club/storage in the SBC

Adding a player in SBC

Using a squad builder

Accessing SBC menu

Has anyone else had this and please don't say reinstall as right now, I'd probably just delete and get rid of the game.  Once or twice a day is just expected, not every 5-10 minutes. I'm losing my mind and earlier it happened 3 times in a row trying to access the 83X3 pick.
