Could not submit SBC

I have grinded very hard yesterday among the 85-89 rated sbc, but suddenly I could not submit any sbc squad in web app. 

I have tried to logout, restart, remove all the sbc squad players, etc., but still unable to submit. Though I could do so on companion app and console, I wish I could do it on PC web app.

Anyone have this experience and share the solution, please?
