Deep Disappointment with EA’s Unfair Treatment and Customer Support
I’m extremely disappointed with how EA handled my case. I was banned from EA SPORTS FC 25 without any explanation, and despite sending multiple appeals, screenshots, and even a live video of me playing the game to prove I did not cheat, EA closed every case without reviewing anything properly.
Each reply I received felt copy-pasted, with no real investigation. It’s unacceptable that a company this big treats its customers like this. You banned my account, took my money, and refused to explain why – even though I cooperated completely and provided proof.
I’ve been a loyal player, but after this experience, I will not be buying any more EA games. I’ll also be sharing my story on social media so others know how unfairly EA can treat paying players.
