Did not receive my SBC rewards
After patch 8 I completed both Marquee Matchups and 10x83+ sbcs but rewards don't appear in the shop. What can I do?

@Maserotonina Are you checking in game or on App? Do you have any other packs in 'My Packs' section?
I have just completed this Sbc and when I go on I sent it to my club when I go to put the player in my squad it is not there I have tried to reset my game and try and see if I completed it , it says I have but it is not there
