Yes, what I am trying to say is that I completed a weekly play and didn't receive the rewards. I raised a case with EA help, and they directed me here.
davide061976 This is community forum. If 'EA help' cannot help you with this, then I don't think anyone here can help you with this.
Either you missed some of the week, or the game has an unusual bug that apparently occurred to you. But in any case, they should have assisted you with this. Not sure the reason for redirecting you to this forum.
