Didnt get sp from Season 7 weekly play

Question

I didnt get 1000 sp from completing 60 sbcs and the group objective I completed it on the webapp while it had a lock on it, so I think thats why it didnt reward my sp. I was level 34 0/1000 before I completed the complete 60 sbcs that rewards 500 sp and the group objective that rewards 500 sp so I should be level 35 exactly. I started a help chat but they said they couldn’t add sp to accounts and told me here they could.

This is a community forum. If EA help chat can not assist you, then no-one here either. You will need to complete other objectives.

When there is a lock shown, you should have restarted the app. That lock means any objective you complete won't count. This usually happens when you try to switch between console and app frequently. Always wait for 4-5 mins when you switch from console to app.

For the Season 7 weekly play, you have to complete 2 out of 4 objectives. Try to complete other 3 options from weekly play.
