Division rivals

I'm in division 3 and I'm hardly winning any match. The losing streak is unbearable. For my skill level it is clear that I'm not in the suitable division. Nobody can tolerate constant losses all the time and it's making me so frustrated. Why is relegation forbidden in this game?
