Didnt recieve the cosmetic I paid for:

I recently bought the TOTS+ cosmetic evolution and applied to my player around 12pm CST.  I then got kicked off the server and when I came back the Evolution was gone, as well as the money from my account.  Is there a solution to get my evolved player back?

    Nope i submitted a ticket also and they just auto closed it.  So I dont think we are getting a refund or our evo players
