Disconnected from FUT Champions – Unfair DNF Losses

Hi EA Team,

I ran into a frustrating issue while playing FUT Champions this weekend. In my first two games, I was kicked out within the first two minutes of gameplay. Both times, I received an error saying “Cannot connect to EA servers.”

When I logged back in, I was given a DNF loss for both matches, even though the problem seemed to be a server issue and not on my end. My connection was stable with no issues on other apps or games.

This really impacted my weekend league record and overall experience. Is there any way to investigate this and potentially get those DNF results reversed?
