Controller disconnected mid game

I was playing rivals on pc, everything fine (my controller is wireless) so it has the little plug to connect to my pc, I was playing rivals, and out of nowhere, my controller and keyboard just dont work, I get an easy opponent but i have to quit because I cannot even move, and now i lose yet another match and i lose coins per match
