do cosmetic evos affect Fantasy FC players from receiving upgrades

Marmoush, Matuidi and Kvara would look great in Cosmetic evos but I am concerned that the dumdums in development and content at EA will make it so a Cosmetic evo will prevent upgrades after Ligue 1 a...

Live card upgraded using cosmetic evo (without max limit) will continue to receive their upgrades. 
Before putting card into any type of evolution, please check preview and outcome of card. It can affect chem boost etc.
