Downgraded 3 divisions in rivals after new season

Went from div 2 to div 5 after rivals I thought it was only one division last year, seems ridiculous to grind to these higher divisions to get knocked down 3 divisions every season. Literally unplayable at times with the sweats and now just makes me not want to play at all, now that I gotta grind back up 3 divisions to where I was
