Weekly Division rival Reward Missing

IN FC25

After new season 10 started i just open my game ,Then went to UT  menu, But last weeks award is missing, I mean the weekly division rival awards, How to get it, I was on division 4

It just dropped me to the lower division5  no award. Nothing

Kindly note : i didn't log in for 1 days approximately, But i am  a Regular Player.
