I just got promoted to rivals division 6 last night and when I go onto my ultimate team this morning I'm back down to division 8 how is this possible.
My son is gutted all his hard work to get promoted to division 6 just took away

So did my partner. We try to understand why they do it but just can't wrap our heads around it. All that hard work a confidence killer.Your son will do it again don't let the game win.There needs to be held accountability from FC25 drastically!!!
With every new season in UT, everyone drops down in their rival division.
If you check UT season, it is Season 6 now and Season 5 has ended.
