Duplicates

Dear EA FC, 

I usually do not mind whatever cards I pull out of packs, I genuinely just enjoy opening packs, but during the TOTY promo, I invested significant money in FC points to buy packs, and in total I've spent well over EUR 1000 on packs throughout the game.
During the TOTY Promo however, (in both TOTY guarantee packs, as well as packs with 'lower probability' for TOTY or TOTY Honourable mentions) I've managed to pack 5x Giulia Gwinn, all untradeable, and 4 x Mike Maignan, also all untradeable) Besides this, I have not packed any TOTY promo cards.
I understand and I enjoy the fact that there is some randomness and probability to opening packs, but this seems like a glitch more than probability. 
There's nothing I can now do with all these duplicates; is there any way I can trade them in or anything? This genuinely takes the fun away from the game, from opening packs, and makes me question spending money on packs ever again..
