EA FC 25 Account Issue

I have played fifa/EA since 2011, using the same account all this time. I played the companion app the last week and got a good team and coins built up for the release of EA FC 25 today.

I always played on Xbox, but I bought a PS5 recently.

when I linked my EA account at the start menu of FC 25, it connected no problem (via the QR code), but it says established 2024?! And when I went into UT I have lost all my progress I made on the companion 25 app, and my UT is completely new now.

is there anyway I can get my “actual” 2011 account back?! Very annoying because I grinded on the companion app for a week to prepare

    Hey @gibbzee97,

    unfortunately, even if your platform account like PlayStation is linked to the same EA account, it doesn't transfer across platforms. That would only be the case if you were to continue playing on Xbox.

    @gibbzee97 Yeah, I understand your perspective as well and can at least forward the feedback to the team, but sadly the platforms are still pretty separate.
