I'm sorry to hear that. If the points were already spent it's not possible to issue a refund.

You accept a terms and conditions when you buy them where it states these points are not refundable so don't think there is much you can do once that has been accepted.

People take the risk and gamble.. one person might do £10 and get the best player in the game while the next spend £1000 and gets nothing.
