ea fc 25 points

hi 

I baught some ea points this morning thinking it was for ea 25 but it was for ea fc 24 is there any way I can transfer them over to fc 25 the message saying transfer my points over did that  before I baught these how can I transfer them to the new game

    In this case, you can only use those FC 24 points in EA SPORTS FC™ 24.

    Then this means that we can`t transfer them anymore if that option was already used once? Honestly this is not ok, mistakes happen and there should be an option to refund or transfer them even if used the option once.

    I have the same issue now, just wondering if you managed to get the points to fc25? Or did you just lose?

    I haven’t even used it once, K don’t have the option to transfer it and I’m not getting any help from the help center.
