EA FC 25 ultimate team objectives not giving rewards for completion

in objectives in ultimate team. There are objectives in "my career" and "my pro" that give sp as an award for completing challenges. I Have completed the challenges and cannot accept the award for completing. thus i cannot receive the group bonus reward for completing the objective. I am losing many sp because of this. plz fix.
