So, I pre-ordered the Ultimate version of FC25, and I have ZERO welcome back packs, nor any of the bonus content that is earmarked for either returning FC24 players and/or those who pre-ordered the Ultimate edition.
What gives EA?!?!?
For context, I never broke amy rules, spent a ton of money on FC24 in-game, and have THOUSANDS of hours logged on FC24. And I pre-recorded thr Ultimate edition of FC25.

And what about the "welcome back packs" from EA FC24? I am missing that content as well...?!?!?
Ok, so I meet all the requirements, and I still don't have any "welcome back" content. What gives?!?
There is not an option to connect with an advisor or open a case. Come on EA, what goes on?!?! Can I just get my paid for and played for content?!?!?
Where else can I file a ticket if there is not an option available on EAFC25 to connect with an advisor?!?!??!
I just spent 1.5k fc points that i got with fc 25 on the winter wildcards holiday pack and opened it. I got the walkout animation and saw the players in the menu where you can quick sell or put them on the transfer market. I click on the player pick in the back of the pack the game shows the loading screen and then kicks me out of the pack. None of the players are in my club and the fc points are gone from my account. How do i get either the players back or the fc points. Thx, xxPandafc
