EA FC25 transfer market yet to gain access on web app and companion why?

I have had an EA account since 2008 and played 100s of games in FC24. I purchased the Ultimate version of FC25 and played consistently since launch last week yet still don't have access to the transfer market on the web app or companion!!

The playtime feature consistently disables and resets on its own. 

It's a joke having to 'earn' access to a feature of a game that you spent £70+ for.
