EA FC25 transfer market yet to gain access on web app and companion why?

I am very dissatisfied with EA.
I have played more than 3 games every day since September 20th,
but I still can't access the transfer market.
The play time is reset every time.
I played 10 games yesterday, but when I look at it again today, it looks like 0 games.
I am very disappointed in EA for allowing such stupid bugs.
