I stopped playing for a few months and when I came back my team was gone. I've tried contacting support but I just get passed around and no one seems to be able to help me.
It seems that my account was completely reset. Not only was my Ultimate Team gone, but also my Seasons History.
I hope someone can actually help me.
Community ManagerHi there. I'm very sorry to say, we cannot help with missing content over the EA Forums. Only an advisor can assist with this. The best I can advise is to contact them again to see if there's anything they can do to help.
This happened to someone I knew. They went to edit lines. Server crashed due to an error code and they lost everything. It got resolved thanks to a known community content creators pushing for this persons team back. Unsure why this game has these issues but it’s been really upsetting.
