Ea have stolen my money
Ea have stolen 3.5k fp from me. I bought a pack and the points were taken and I did not get the pack, nor did i get my points back. Tried contacting them on twitter and even sent them an xbox captur...

You need to send another ticket and try again.
You have not lost the money as your bank can always get it back for you at any point upto 6 months after purchase. EA hate players doing this thou and will add you to an illegal list and may stop you from using services in the future.
Think you've misunderstood the issue here.
The fp was already on my account (had 6250 at the time). Went to purchase the pack and was told there was an error. upon re-entering the store my fp total was taken down to 2750 and I was not given the pack.
Completely unacceptable.
