EA help don’t help

I’ve been on chat all wk to ea help and have figured they generally don’t help or want to investigate thoroughly! Account definitely hacked or bug as whole ultimate team and 270k coins disappeared. Had evidence of an unknown device in another country in uk logging in on date everything disappeared showing in trusted devices that I didn’t recognise. All they ever say is no suspicious activity on your account we cannot do anything…really ea! They must do better for its customers who spend thousands every year! Anyone else had issues like this?
