@Harry_D_12354 The tos team would have to review your ban. I believe you can do 3 appeals. After that or when they say you have no more appeals nothing more you can do.
Only you and ea would know what’s going on with your account. Eventually after they look into it there isn’t anything more that can look at and the ban will either be overturned or stand.

That would make sense why I get the same automated response then. That's really upsetting to hear, they really need a new system in place.
