Franz beckenbauer

Hello I did the franz beckenbauer sbc the 93 version and I did all the sbcs but when I did my last one which was 86 rated squad I submitted it and when you finished all the squads the player should walk out but when I submitted it my screen went black for 5 minutes with no sound so I when to the Home Screen of my console and quit the game and went back on to see if he was in my club and he wasn’t only the loan so I dotn have franz beckenbauer sbc which is estimated to be around 200k so if you could do something about it as I’m very upset as I don’t have much in my club anymore as I did him and now I don’t have him so I’m upset.
