EA server keeps getting error

It has been almost a week and I experiencing problem with the EA server who always disconnect me and taking me back to the main menu, sometimes the EA server got issue and disconnect me from ongoing matches.

This is not a problem from my internet, so is there a way to fix this problem because it is really annoying and frustrating, killing the playing experience.

Does someone knows how to contact people from EA Sports which will really pay attention to our request ? or if possible to get an answer from here directly. Thanks
