on ea play pro I can't play ultimate team "Ea Servers are unavailable right now" every time i try to connect

When i login on web app, automatically login in to xbox account, but i don't play on xbox this year, when i try switch account i have a communicate - login unavailable
I have the same problem. Can we get an info on this please?
