easportsfc giveaway on twitch

Hello all players. 

I won the giveaway hosted by easportsfc on twitch on friday and was granted 2 future stars items.. i was suposed to recive an email about how to claim my items  but i havent recived anything. Do anyone here know what i should do or have had the same problem as me? any answer would be grateful :)
