Enough with "Failed to Submit Challenge"

I've literally only been doing the exchanges since Friday and this is the reply I got when trying to get answers;

This ban is automatically lifted by the servers after the specified duration. I fully understand your frustration, completing exchanges is truly a core part of the game, and it’s discouraging to feel restricted. Your proactive efforts to resolve this. I wish I could make your request fulfil you but I regret to inform you this is strictly based on in-game activity. As an advisor, I am here to guide and support you, but I must unfortunately I'd like to let you know that I do not have the tools or resources to grant access. make changes in-game activity or modify it manually. I understand that this may be disappointing, and I truly wish I could offer more assistance in this matter. I'm truly sorry for any frustration this situation may have caused you. Unfortunately, there is no option available for me or any support representative to directly modify or override these in-game restrictions. I understand how disappointing this is, especially when all you want is to enjoy the game without interruptions. Please know that if there were a way to resolve this manually, I would gladly do so, but at this time there simply isn’t such an option within our support tools. I hope you'll understand my limitations.
