Error finishing matches, wins not counted, game assuming abandonment

I’m having the same issue, I think it’s a soft ban, I saw another post from somebody else and they had an EA community manager replying to it and they mentioned soft ban, community manager asked if you had left a lot of games recently in a short time (I did during friendlies fantasy cup, I quit 1-0 down and move on to the next game to speed things up for the objectives). So I reckon I’m soft banned because of it. Looked it up, apparently soft band usually last 24 hours on fc25. Still not sure though it happened to me at the same time it happened to you, so I won’t know till later tonight. 

I did the same thing, I was completing the fantasy cup objectives yesterday, and since there is this convention in the community of golden goals for these cups, I was leaving after conceding a goal, I thought everything was fine.

Thanks for your answer, now I feel more at ease knowing that after these 24 hours, it seems that my game will return to normal.

They should show in-game when we get this soft ban instead of letting us start matches and the issue only occurring at the end.
