EA_Pulsar Thank you for the reply. I can confirm that the game shows as pre-ordered on my PS5 account which is linked to my EA account. However, it does not show under my “order history” in my EA account. Could this be a possible problem?!
Community ManagerYour order history on the EA account would only show games purchased from the EA app store for PC. Just in case, check the Connected Accounts page in your EA Account settings and PSN purchase history .
