I live chatted with them yesterday. Said that they cant do anything. Like someone said previously. Surely they could bring a card out to make then an academy player again. There is no warning that ive seen anywhere about it.
at this rate, i will delete FC25. Hopefully we can do the Future Stars Academy despite the normal Evo, Week 2 is coming soon
Do what i did, request a refund citing all the bugs that benefitted other players and detracted from your game and they'll refund your game and any add-ons. Microsoft seem to have had enough with the complaints they've been getting about fc25
