Error when trying to enter Ultimate Team

Can anyone help?

I'm receiving the following error constantly:

in order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to playstation network

I am connected to PSN and everything else works fine on my console but i keep getting this error over and over again even though i've restarted the console a bunch of times.
