ERRORS/LOSE THE GAME

How many months will it take for you guys to change the error issue, you are winning a game, and when you come back, you have lost it.   When will you guys get this right. This bug is old, it started a few years ago, and has become worse in the last two years. It is happening more than often, lately it's one pr two games a week....come on guys, it's just programming, give it a fix PLEASE!
