I had this a couple of months ago, and i had a massive back and forth with EA. They banned me and then when i appealed it they said that they had made the correct decision and my ban wouldn't be overturned.
Afterwards I sent them a Subject access request (SAR) - which by law they have to provide, stating that I believe that EA Anticheat (EAAC) was scanning data unrelated to the games operation, potentially breaching the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). I listed my concerns which were that EAAC was processing data beyond purpose.
I requested that EA was to send me a detailed account of what EAAC collects and processes. The specific reason for processing this data and the legal basis for doing so under UK GDPR. And clarification on whether EAAC scans or processes data unrelated to EAFC25.
I gave them a statutory 30-day timeframe to respond to this request before I was to escalate to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
I hope this helps, also i'd only recommend using this if you genuinely haven't cheated, or gone against EA terms of service (ToS). The only this I did that was out of the ordinary was log into my account on the fc25 game on pc to see if my team carried over as i was considering playing the game on PC from ps5.
Long story short my ban was overturned
if you have any questions i'm more than happy to help. just reply to my comment.
