I also have this problem where I did the Power Surge Evo for Gomez and Club Member Evo but didn’t get the upgrade on the Surge Evo currently my Gomez is 82 and supposed to be 84.
I have exactly the same issue, it says I have no evolutions started and my Gomez is stuck at 82. I added sprint supreme, power surge and club member reward. Have you had any response from EA?
