Evo cannot be done.

I didn't do the quests except Become Immortal. But the Become Immortal upgrade from 91 to 92 didn't come.I completed the quest "Become immortal from 90 to 91" but it still doesn't seem to be done. I've attached the images of my player. Can you help me?
