Evo issue

Hello guys something very strange happened today! Last night in the fut app was saying that there is 0 seconds remaing for the futties countdown evo to be claimed but it was like that for a period of 3 hours. This morning i oppose the fut app and i was able to claim lvl2 but when i did the whole EVO disappeared! when i contacted the EA help they said i havent made that purchase but i cleary did cuz how else would i have 98 rated Mbappe from 91 gold card! i think they scammed me big time so here it is some pics as proof
