Missing pre order rewards

Hello EA Support,

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of EA SPORTS FC 26 before August 26, 2025 via [e.g. EA App / PlayStation Store / Xbox Store].

According to the official info, I should have received:

  • A 93+ Icon Player Pick (in FC 25 UT)
  • A 99 Shooting Evolution item (in FC 25 UT)

However, after logging into FC 25 Ultimate Team, playing matches, and restarting the game multiple times, I have not received any of these rewards.

    Thanks for pre-ordering the game. Please note that pre-order Rewards for FC 25 will not be immediately accessible, they will be delivered in the coming days.

    Yeah the exact same thing happened to me but idk if it comes quickly or in a bit, probably wait for an hour or something and maybe it’ll show up

    Yesterday i pre-order Fc 26 UT edition, today they gave me the 93+ icon pick, but not the 99 shothing evo. 

    Where on earth to claim it?

    I was gifted FC 26 ultimate edition on steam. I have FC 25 through my ea app. They are linked. Will i still get the rewards for FC 25?
