Evo Rigid Backbone

Subject: Request for Reopening the Rigid Backbone Advancement Mode Due to PlayStation Server Issues

Dear EA Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent issue I encountered with the Rigid Backbone advancement mode in your game. Unfortunately, due to PlayStation server disruptions, I was unable to complete my progression in this important game mode before it ended.

As a dedicated player, I have invested significant time and effort into advancing through the Rigid Backbone mode, and I was very disappointed when the server downtime prevented me from fully completing the development process. It was disheartening to realize that such an issue would impact my ability to experience and finish the content that I had been working on.

Given these unforeseen circumstances, I kindly request that you consider reopening the Rigid Backbone advancement mode or allow players who were affected by the server downtime an opportunity to continue their progress. This would not only ensure fairness but also demonstrate EA’s commitment to delivering a positive and enjoyable experience for all players.

I trust that EA, as a company known for its dedication to its community, will take this matter into account and provide a solution that allows me to complete my progress and fully enjoy the game as intended.

Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and hope for a positive resolution.

Sincerely,

[Mshari]

I agree with this completely. We're aware that Sony would have compensated developers such as yourselves, in lieu of disruptions. Even so, we're not seeking any kind of monetary reward for our inconvenience, but at least more UT content for us dedicated players. I've caved in to play FC25 for the last week only, and I've already spent more than $100 in packs. The least you could do is, reward every single player on the PSN network that was affected by the downtime. It's only fair, and also, it costs EA nothing as it's just digital content that's already there.
